The Rugby League Ashes series returns for the first time since 2003, as England take on Australia in an exciting best-of-three Test match showdown.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The historic tour will take place across three iconic venues: Wembley Stadium (25 October), Everton’s new stadium at Bramley Moore Dock (1 November), and AMT Headingley Leeds (8 November). Audiences can expect an epic clash in one of sport\u2019s greatest rivalries, as Isaah Yeo\u2019s Australia side look to retain their Ashes crown from 2003, while George Williams leads England in a bid to bring the trophy home.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Fans can catch every moment live on BBC One and BBC iPlayer and keep up to date with BBC Sport\u2019s popular live text commentaries, analysis, and clips on the\u202fBBC Sport website and app<\/a>, and across @BBCSport\u2019s social media channels.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Mark Chapman will lead the presenting team joined by Sam Burgess, Kev Brown, Jon Wilkin, Jamie Peacock, Jodie Cunningham and Robbie Hunter-Paul. Tanya Arnold and Damian Johnson will report from pitch side, with commentary from Matt Newsum, alongside James Graham, Jonathan Davies, John Kear, and Brian Noble.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cBBC Sport\u2019s relationship with Rugby League, and specifically international Rugby League, stretches back many decades, to Clive Sullivan\u2019s World Cup winning try in France in 1972, through other classic moments such as the famous Jonathan Davies score against Australia at Wembley in 1994, and more recently Herbie Farnworth\u2019s long-range effort against Samoa in the World Cup semi-final at the Emirates Stadium in 2022.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re looking forward to Shaun Wane\u2019s England team, and the 2025 Kangaroos, providing more classic sporting moments for a national audience in London, Liverpool and Leeds this autumn.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
