The Celebrity Traitors<\/a> star Celia Imrie<\/a> had fans saying the same thing. The legendary actress is currently appearing on the BBC<\/a> One show alongside the likes of Tom Daley<\/a>, Lucy Beaumont<\/a> and Alan Carr<\/a>, but had her co-stars in fits of laughter.<\/p>\n

During a tense scene, host Claudia Winkleman<\/a> was standing in front of the famous faces in a barn as she introduced the “worst team building away day in history.” However, the broadcaster was at a loss for words as she asked: “What just happened?” after a celebrity made a rather unusual noise.<\/p>\n

“I just farted, Claudia,” said Celia, before adding: “I’m so sorry \u2013 I’m so sorry, it’s nerves, but I always own up.” Claudia responded: “I know, I always own up too,” as the celebs were left in fits of laughter.<\/p>\n

Fans instantly took to X, formerly known as Twitter<\/a>, to relish the moment, with one writing: “Celia Imrie farting in a room full of celebrities is TV gold.” A second penned: “Quite possibly the darkest mission on the traitors<\/a> so far, gets its atmosphere shattered by the Queen that is Celia Imrie.”<\/p>\n

“Celia Imrie owning her fart like it’s a BAFTA moment. Queen behaviour,” laughed a third. Meanwhile, a fourth amused viewer went on to type: “Celia Imrie farting has me dead.” “Celia farting on @TheTraitorsUK is the best thing I’ve seen on TV,” laughed another.<\/p>\n

But while many found Celia’s admission amusing, things soon took a drastic turn in the castle. Many of the Faithful believe that TV presenter Jonathan Ross is, in fact, a Traitor. Comedian Joe Wilkinson shared his doubts about Jonathan’s position on the show, saying that he doesn’t think Jonathan is trustworthy.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, other celebrities believed that Stephen Fry was a Traitor. It was during the same episode that Olympic diver Tom Daley was murdered by his famous co-stars. His fellow Faithfuls questioned why anybody on the programme would choose to murder him.<\/p>\n

Seeing the note which told him of his murder, Tom said: “Oh dear. Look at that. Well that didn’t take long did it? I am gutted to be leaving the game. I think I was murdered because people will see me as a threat and they think I’ll weasel them out eventually.<\/p>\n

“Now I guess I’ll go and do one final dive into my grave.” Earlier, Jonathan had summed up the Traitors’ deliberations when he said: “He’s super smart, lots of people will eventually get on to us and maybe we can steer the blame towards another Faithful.”<\/p>\n

Faithful Stephen Fry was stunned by what happened. He exclaimed: “Tom’s gone! I don’t believe it. He was next on my list as a Traitor, to be honest.”<\/p>\n

And Clare Balding was left “furious” with the news of the murder. She said: “I was furious because I thought how can Tom not be in this room? Added to the fact I’ve known him since I was 12 years old, I’m bereft.”<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Alan was delighted by the group’s reaction to the murder. He bluntly said in a confessional: “It was just the kind of impact I wanted – Where’s Tom? Why Tom? Well he’s been murdered, deal with it.”<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, YouTube<\/a> star Niko Omilana was banished from the castle. After explaining it was an honour to get to know and spend time with the celebs, he left them stunned when he stood up and outed himself as a Faithful.<\/p>\n

It was Stephen, Jonathan, Charlotte Church, Claire Balding, Tom and Nick Mohammed who made the decision to banish Niko from the castle.<\/p>\n

EastEnders<\/a> actress Tameka Epsom was also banished from the castle, leading to host Claudia issuing them a stern telling off. The Traitors found themselves saved once again, but it sadly meant the Kim Fox actress was sent home.<\/p>\n
