The curated edit, called \u201cSerena\u2019s Favorites,\u201d <\/a>includes their staple Women\u2019s Multivitamin, the Synbiotic+ \u2014 a 3-in-1 capsule for gut health \u2014 and the HyaCera+ to reduce fine lines and wrinkles \u2014 all of which Williams uses in her own daily routine.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI have always taken ingredient quality seriously,\u201d Williams said in a statement. \u201cWith Ritual, they\u2019re transparent about what\u2019s in their products and where it all comes from. I know I\u2019m giving my body the best.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tWilliams, long considered one of the best athletes of all time, has increasingly used her platform to spotlight issues surrounding maternal and women\u2019s health. Following life-threatening complications during the birth of her daughter in 2017, Williams became a vocal advocate for listening to one\u2019s body and the systemic disparities women \u2014 especially women of color\u2014 face in healthcare. That ethos now extends to her partnership with Ritual, a company known for its transparent ingredient sourcing and science-backed supplements. <\/p>\n

\n\tFounded in 2015 by Katerina Schneider, Ritual has become a prominent name in the direct-to-consumer wellness space, offering everything from multivitamins and protein powders to gut health formulas.
