The series, named ECLIPSE, is estimated to cost \u00a31.287m, with the <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.belfastlive.co.uk\/all-about\/department-for-communities\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Department for CommunitiesLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Department for Communities<\/a> contributing \u00a31.05m, and Ards &amp; North Down Borough Council contributing \u00a3200,000.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\" publication=\"belfastlive\">The sculpture&#8217;s centrepiece is a six-metre-tall bronze sculpture of hands casting a dove-shaped shadow\u2014 designed to symbolise peace, resilience, and <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.belfastlive.co.uk\/all-about\/bangor\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Bangor<\/a>\u2019s regeneration journey.
