Where’s the deterrent to other people to not behave in the same way? Because of how car-centric our societies have become people are blase when operating what remain dangerous and powerful positions. Driving them under the influence, staring at your smartphone, etc. is illegal for a reason. It doesn’t take much for lives to be<\/p>\n

I remember watching Timberlake’s self-serving public statement about this, “I set high standards for myself, this wasn’t that, etc.”. The amount of celebrity worship in the comments was incredible. “Hey, this guy sang some songs I like, of course he deserves the benefit of the doubt.”<\/p>\n
