Stephanie High, a trauma-informed performance psychology coach, added: ‘Public support isn\u2019t everything, but it does signal that someone values being seen with you and isn\u2019t afraid to stand beside you.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

She continued: ‘It\u2019s not always a red flag when someone doesn\u2019t attend events or post on social media, but it can become one if that absence spills into other areas \u2014 like not celebrating wins, not being emotionally available, or never showing up when it counts privately.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

Of course, not every imbalance means trouble.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Dr. Sabrina Romanoff, relationship expert for Hily Dating App, cautioned against assuming absence equals apathy.<\/p>\n

‘Showing up and being in your partner\u2019s corner is so much more than publicly attending their events. The things that truly count at the end of the day is having emotional safety in your partner and having a shared understanding that they will be there for you.’<\/p>\n

She went on to note that while going out and getting photographed ‘may optically seem significant in a relationship… it rarely shows the full picture of how two people are connecting and the depth of their relationship.’<\/p>\n

Jenner has\u00a0been dating Chalamet since early 2023, and the duo has kept their romance as private as possible.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Following the event, a source told Us Weekly that Jenner felt ‘happy and relieved’ to finally go public, adding: ‘It was time and she wanted to publicly support him and show how proud of him she is.’<\/p>\n

The insider went on to say the pair have ‘gotten really serious’ and are ‘practically living together,’ with Chalamet often staying at Jenner’s house when he’s not filming.<\/p>\n

‘He’s been fully integrated into her life,’ the source said, adding that ‘everything is going really well’ between them.<\/p>\n
