A man with a gun made threats outside a McDonald’s restaurant in Devon after a road-rage incident<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Police officers were called to the Exmouth<\/a> premises just after 11.30am on Saturday, October 18.<\/p>\n

Following a case of road rage, it was reported that a man with a gun made threats<\/a> outside the fast-food restaurant.<\/p>\n

The suspect’s vehicle was found outside a property in Sutton Road.<\/p>\n

An air rifle was found inside the vehicle and was seized by officers.<\/p>\n

Devon and Cornwall Police said a man in his 20s and from Plymouth<\/a> was arrested when he left the property.<\/p>\n

He was arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.<\/p>\n

In a statement police said he has been released on bail.<\/p>\n

Devon and Cornwall Police said: “We were called shortly after 11.30am on Saturday 18 October following a report of a road rage incident outside McDonald’s in Exmouth.<\/p>\n

“It was reported a threat was made by a male suspect with a firearm.<\/p>\n

“Officers located the suspect\u2019s vehicle outside a property in Sutton Road.<\/p>\n

“The suspect \u2013 a man in his 20s and from Plymouth \u2013 exited the property and was arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. He has since been released on bail.<\/p>\n
