\n The nurses have filed the claim on the grounds of sexual harassment, discrimination, victimisation and breaches of the right to a private life, under Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights.\n<\/p>\n

\n They say that the transgender staff member spends a “longer time in the changing room than is necessary to change clothes” and continues “to stare at female colleagues, in particular at their breast area. as they are getting changed”.\n<\/p>\n
\n Trust policy allows staff to identify as the opposite gender and use the opposite sex\u2019s locker rooms, toilets and showers, and the nurses were told they needed to “be more inclusive”, “compromise”, “broaden their mindset” and get “re-educated”.\n<\/p>\n
