\n Plans for 55 new homes in a Scottish village have been brought forward.<\/a>\n<\/p>\n \n Two separate residential development sites in an established community with detailed planning consent are being marketed.\n<\/p>\n \n Scarlett Land and Development is handling the sale of the two locations in Glenboig, North Lanarkshire<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n \n The agent said offers are invited for the sites for new homes<\/a>, which are available jointly or separately.\n<\/p>\n \n \n A Scottish law firm has promoted 15 employees<\/a>, following a financial year in which it achieved record turnover and a 41% increase in profit.\n<\/p>\n \n The firm said that its latest round of promotions recognise \u201ctalented colleagues with an unwavering dedication to the best possible standards in client care\u201d.\n<\/p>\n \n Unveiling the promotions, Aberdein Considine announced that Glasgow<\/a>-based private client lawyers Fiona O\u2019Donnell and Rebecca White had been promoted to senior associate and associate respectively.\n<\/p>\n \n It added that \u201csenior associate status\u201d had been awarded to Aberdeen<\/a>-based corporate property services solicitor Natasha Day and to Ahsan Mustafa, whose fellow banking litigation colleagues at Cadell House in Glasgow, Chloe Imrie and Katie Macdonald, have been promoted to senior solicitors.\n<\/p>\n \n Business Insight\n<\/p>\n \n It comes after record results.(Image: Gordon Terris)\n<\/p>\n
