David Geffen\u2019s estranged husband, David Armstrong<\/a>, filed to dismiss a scathing lawsuit<\/a> accusing the film producer of \u201cgrooming\u201d him and paying him for sex.<\/p>\n

The 32-year-old go-go dancer, who is also known as Donovan Micheals, withdrew the July complaint against the businessman, 82, after alleging the latter used \u201cseduction\u201d and \u201ccontrol\u201d to \u201centrap\u201d him in \u201ca cycle of dependency, submission, and humiliation,\u201d according to court documents obtained by Page Six Tuesday.<\/p>\n

The lawsuit was requested to be dismissed without prejudice, which means that Armstrong can re-file the suit in the future.<\/p>\n

The go-go dancer, also known as Donovan Micheals, withdrew the July suit against the businessman after alleging that he was a victim of \u201cseduction\u201d and \u201ccontrol,\u201d according to court documents obtained by Page Six. Instagram<\/p>\n

Armstrong\u2019s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, who also represents Justin Baldoni in his ongoing legal battle<\/a> with Blake Lively, told TMZ<\/a> that his client\u2019s additional \u201cfinancial conflicts\u201d<\/a> will be resolved in mediation.<\/p>\n

The outlet also reported that Geffen \u2014 who reportedly has a net worth of $9 billion <\/a>\u2014 has paid his ex $200,000 since they parted ways in February, and pays his $15,000 monthly rent.<\/p>\n

The DreamWorks Records founder is also reportedly willing to pay Armstrong up to $50,000 in spousal support for one year.<\/p>\n

Reps for Armstrong and Geffen, who wed in March 2023 and filed for divorce in May<\/a>, weren\u2019t immediately available to Page Six for comment.<\/p>\n

In Armstrong\u2019s bombshell lawsuit, he claimed to have met Geffen on\u00a0SeekingArrangements.com, a website he alleged wealthy men, such as his billionaire ex, sort through to \u201cshop for the vulnerable.\u201d <\/p>\n

The performer accused Geffen \u2014 who has vehemently denied all the allegations against him \u2014 of paying him $10,000 to perform sexual acts<\/a> the night they first met and alleged the record executive used him \u201cas a living social experiment \u2013 a trophy to show off to his wealthy friends, under the guise of benevolence.\u201d<\/p>\n

Armstrong claimed that he didn\u2019t sign a prenup when he tied the knot to Geffen because he believed his estranged husband cared for him after learning he had grown up in the foster system.<\/p>\n

Armstrong alleged that Geffen portrayed himself as his \u201cwhite knight\u201d to groom him, claiming how the businessman later \u201cbegan transporting [him] across the globe as his paid sex worker,\u201d per the suit.<\/p>\n

Armstrong also accused the Asylum Records founder of forcing him to undergo cosmetic procedures, such as laser treatments, as the latter would allegedly become angry over the \u201cexistence of an ingrown hair.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additionally, Armstrong alleged that Geffen made him take drugs, including molly, cannabis and cocaine, resulting in him enrolling in an Alcoholics Anonymous program.<\/p>\n

When the two split in May, Armstrong claimed he was homeless after being evicted from his and Geffen\u2019s New York City home and cut off \u201cfrom his status quo financial support.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the filing, Armstrong requested that Geffen be ordered to provide him with financial support to cover a lifetime worth of living expenses, including a home.<\/p>\n
