The former Spice Girls member \u2014 who first spoke about her decades-long battle<\/a> in her recently released Netflix documentary \u2014 elaborated on the secrecy of the \u201cconsuming\u201d illness on Wednesday\u2019s episode of the \u201cCall Her Daddy\u201d podcast<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cYou said [in the documentary], \u2018When you have an eating disorder, you become very good at lying.\u2019 Did you confide in anyone at this point in your life?\u201d host Alex Cooper inquired, to which Victoria responded, \u201cNo. No one at all.\u201d<\/p>\n Victoria Beckham hid her eating disorder from everyone, including her husband, David Beckham.
