As yet the cause of the blast is unconfirmed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">The footage we&#8217;ve seen indicates the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/articles\/ckgzx82p1x5o\" class=\"ssrcss-f6h2dj-InlineLink e1kn3p7n0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">explosions occurred at the munitions plant<\/a>, which is located near to the city of Chelyabinsk in the Urals region. <\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">The clip in question is filmed from a moving car driving past the military facility.
