Jordan also took aim at United for how they\u2019ve handled the entire situation.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou lose them [followers], there\u2019s distractions and outside influences. They get more distracted in their social life. They make their decision for their birthdays. They make the decision to not turn up for training and go out on the whiz in Northern Ireland \u2013 and things of that nature.<\/p>\n
\u201cThese are things that are clearly being tolerated by a culture. Alongside that you\u2019ve then got the distractions, the affluence and the wealth footballers have.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou\u2019ve got a culture of not being able to tell people the truth because if you do, they can\u2019t cope with it \u2013 it\u2019s only good news they can hear so they don\u2019t build resilience and leadership.\u201d<\/p>\n
He added: \u201cI think he\u2019ll be successful at Barcelona because the clear thing for Marcus Rashford is to get away from ManchesterUnited.
