<\/p>\nThe pair are former directors of TODD Architects, the firm which designed Titanic Belfast, where they worked for over two decades.<\/p>\n
They were among 21 category winners announced at a glittering ceremony on Friday in Belfast\u2019s Crowne Plaza Hotel.<\/p>\n
Lauren McGaughey, acting director at Openreach, the awards\u2019 headline sponsor, said: \u201cWe\u2019re proud to be part of another successful night at the Belfast Telegraph Property Awards this year, celebrating excellence in property and construction \u2014 industries that are central to our work.<\/p>\n

Eoin Brannigan, editor in chief at the Belfast Telegraph and Sunday Life, said the awards recognised the importance of the property industry to life in Northern Ireland.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe were delighted to have broadband network provider Openreach as title sponsor for the third year now,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
The event has grown in importance over the years since the first Belfast Telegraph Property Awards were held, he added. \u201cThis is our ninth year and we are delighted to see how much our event, which recognises talented property professionals, teams and organisations across Northern Ireland, has grown.\u201d<\/p>\n
The judging panel described Mr Minnis and Mr Crowe, who are now consultants at TODD Architects after stepping down as directors, as \u201cleaders in Northern Ireland\u2019s property sector\u201d.<\/p>\n

The judges added: \u201cUnder their leadership, Todd Architects has grown to have studios in London, Belfast, Dublin and Manchester.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey have developed an extensive portfolio of work across the commercial, healthcare, residential, and education sectors, as well as delivering major civic projects.\u201d<\/p>\n
Sharon McClements, chair of the judging panel and senior lecturer in built environment at Ulster University, said: \u201cIt was a pleasure to chair these awards again and be a part of another successful event, honouring all of the outstanding individuals and businesses who are bringing such positive contributions to this industry.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd the calibre of NI\u2019s property industry, which was also on show in London last week, when Shankill Shared Women\u2019s Centre won a major accolade at the RICS Awards.<\/p>\n
