Police say it is believed the victim and suspect were known to each other.<\/p>\n
Adegbola has now been charged with Stephanie\u2019s murder and he will be appearing at Nottingham Magistrates\u2019 Court on Saturday (October 25).<\/p>\n
A 40-year-old woman was arrested on Thursday (October 23) on suspicion of assisting an offender and has been released with strict bail conditions.<\/p>\n
Detective Inspector Stuart Barson, senior investigating officer, said: \u201cThis is a truly tragic incident, and our thoughts remain with Steph\u2019s family and friends, who have asked for privacy at what must be an extremely difficult time.<\/p>\n
\u201cSpecially trained officers are providing them with support and this will continue throughout the investigation process.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur team of investigators have worked extremely hard over the past few days to determine the full circumstances of what happened, and I am pleased we have now been able to charge a suspect in this case.<\/p>\n
