The UK\u2019s hill climb season is defined by bikes and tech pushed to the limit of lightness, as riders look to save every possible gram for the short and brutal races.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The season culminates in the National Hill Climb Championships. This year\u2019s championships, held on 26 October on Bank Road in Matlock, Derbyshire, had no shortage of stunning lightweight tech, sketchy weight-saving hacks and carbon.<\/p>\n
Harry MacFaralane won the men\u2019s race with a time of 2 minutes 14.7 seconds to retain his title for the second year in a row, while Rachel Galler won the women\u2019s race with a time of 2 min 59.8 seconds.\u00a0<\/p>\n
