and where patients are least pleased with their care.

It found that overall, the region had seen a slight improvement in satisfaction levels, with 78pc of patients having a good overall experience compared with 77pc last year.

As was the case in 2024, the practice with the highest rating was Hingham Surgery.

Of the 136 completed surveys, 97pc of participants rated their experience as either good (89pc) or fairly good.

The surgery which received the lowest rating was East Harling and Kenninghall Medical Practice, where just 52pc of patients rated the service as good.

The practice also saw 11pc of participants rate its services as very poor.

However, the East Norwich Medical Partnership’s branch in Thorpe St Andrew received the most negative feedback – with a quarter of its patients (25.2pc) saying their experience was either poor or very poor.

Ed Garratt, chief executive of the Norfolk and Waveney integrated care board, said: “It is well known that the NHS is under a lot of pressure right now, yet this patient feedback shows that those services remain resilient, and staff continue to work hard to do all they can for patients.

“We do know that people’s experiences differ across the patch which is why our focus continues to be on enhancing local services and implementing further change for the better.”

Norfolk and Waveney’s 10 best performing GPs (% positive feedback)

Hingham Surgery (97pc)

West Pottergate Medical Practice , Norwich (94.9pc)

 Shipdham Surgery (94.8pc)

 Fleggburgh Surgery (94.6pc)

 Chapel Road, Alborough (94.2pc)

 Andaman Surgery, Lowestoft (93.9pc)

 Sole Bay Healthcare, Reydon (93.7pc)

Nelson Medical Practice, Great Yarmouth (92.5pc)

 Magdalen Medical Practice, Norwich (91.7pc)

Hoveton and Wroxham Medical Centre (91.4pc)

 Norfolk and Waveney’s 10 worst-performing GPs (% negative feedback)

East Norwich Medical Practice, Thorpe St Andrew (25.2pc)

 Attleborough Surgery (25pc)

 Earl Harling and Kenninghall (24.1pc)

Trinity and Bowthorpe Medical Practice (23.1pc)

 Bridge Road, Lowestoft (21.5pc)

 Watton Medical Practice (19.5pc)

 Beccles Medical Centre (19.4pc)

Oak Street Medical Practice, Norwich (18.9pc)

 Taverham Surgery (18.8pc)

 Humbleyard Practice, Cringleford (18.6pc)

Each year, the NHS asks patients for their experiences at their local doctors in a survey published earlier…

[43
102,2960,56,54,55
0":"post-23151","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-healthcare","8":"tag-health","9":"tag-healthcare","10":"tag-uk","11":"tag-united-kingdom","12":"tag-unitedkingdom
["GET
