Both will coordinate sports planning and direction, key elements in the team\u2019s competition strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Matthew White\u00a0stated: \u201cAfter more than 15 years as a Sports Director, I\u2019m starting a new and exciting chapter, eager to contribute my experience and help drive the team\u2019s success.
