Valentin Vacherot\u2019s recent success on the ATP Tour has been simply remarkable\u2026<\/p>\n

Just a few short weeks ago, Vacherot<\/a> was ranked 204th in the world, with just one tour-level win to his name.<\/p>\n

Now, Vacherot is a Shanghai Masters champion<\/a> and a Paris Masters quarterfinalist, set to be seeded at next year\u2019s Australian Open.<\/p>\n

Rising to the top of the game as quickly as he has, Vacherot has certainly made a splash on the ATP Tour<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But how have his rivals treated him since he\u2019s become a contender? <\/p>\n

Valentin Vacherot says \u2018everything is positive\u2019 in the locker room with his new rivals<\/p>\n

During his latest press conference at the Paris Masters<\/a>, Vacherot was asked about how players are treating him in the locker room.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s an opportunity for me, I have been able to be in contact with players that I would always watch on TV, and now I see them in the locker room, for the warm-up, for the practice sessions,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cEverything is positive.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love watching them and learning from them. I still have so much to learn, obviously.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Monegasque star shared what some of his fellow pros have said to him since his win in Shanghai.<\/p>\n

\u201cA lot of players said to me, Congrats on your win in Shanghai. It\u2019s wonderful,\u201d said Vacherot.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut I have so much to learn from them. And the fact that I\u2019m now on this big tour and learning from everything, it\u2019s wonderful.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vacherot is learning from the very best\u2026 and beating them, as he continues his Masters 1000 winning streak in Paris.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s now won 12 straight matches at the Masters 1000 level, and looks in imperious form heading into the Paris quarterfinals.<\/p>\n

Only time will tell if he can pick up win number 13 when he returns to the court.<\/p>\n

Who will Valentin Vacherot play in the Paris Masters quarterfinals?<\/p>\n

Canada\u2019s Felix Auger-Aliassime<\/a> is next up for Vacherot in the French capital, having fought back from a set down against Daniel Altmaier in his third-round match.<\/p>\n

Ranked ninth in the Live ATP Race to Turin, Auger-Aliassime needs to reach the final in Paris to jump into the qualification spots.<\/p>\n

While Auger-Aliassime targets a place in Turin, Vacherot is after a spot in the top 25.<\/p>\n

Beating Cameron Norrie<\/a> in the third round, Vacherot moved up to 30th in the live rankings.<\/p>\n

Depending on how far he goes in Paris, Vacherot could reach as high as 19th in the world.<\/p>\n
