Ruben Amorim, who celebrated his first anniversary as United manager<\/a> on Saturday, had overseen three consecutive wins ahead of the clash with Nottingham Forest.<\/p>\n Ahead of the visit to City Ground, the Red Devils were last in action at Old Trafford<\/a> and United defeated Brighton 4-2 in the Premier League<\/a> clash last Saturday.<\/p>\n United\u2019s result over Brighton in October<\/a> came on the back of the Red Devils\u2019 2-1 win over Liverpool at Anfield and Amorim\u2019s men beating Sunderland 2-0 at Old Trafford.<\/p>\n Forest, on the other hand, had lost their last four Premier League matches ahead of Sean Dyche\u2019s side hosting United at City Ground on Saturday afternoon.<\/p>\n READ MORE: Matheus Cunha is getting Eric Cantona comparisons, but not even Man Utd ace can rival another warrior\u2019s aura<\/a><\/p>\n Diogo Dalot<\/a> continued to play as an inverted full-back in Ruben Amorim\u2019s tactical system<\/a> before the Manchester United defender was hooked off in the second half.<\/p>\n Patrick Dorgu<\/a> replaced Dalot in the 61st minute, but United fans<\/a> on X, formerly Twitter, were furious with the Portugal star\u2019s defending against Nottingham Forest.<\/p>\n One United fan said: \u201cDalot costs us over and over and over again. Why does Amorim keep playing him?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThis team CANNOT [sic] keep carrying Diogo Dalot any longer. He\u2019s got to be dropped,\u201d someone else added.<\/p>\n While a third X user tweeted: \u201cSince no-one wants to say it, Diogo Dalot is a hindrance to this system and to make matters worse, we don\u2019t have a better option to replace him!\u201d<\/p>\n And a fourth suggested: \u201cBeen far too many mistakes from Diogo Dalot this season, awful start to the second half.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHe shouldn\u2019t be playing Dalot. He\u2019s let us down more than he\u2019s done anything positive for us,\u201d another wrote.<\/p>\n Somebody else posted: \u201cWhat\u2019s the point of having Dalot as [a] LWB when he\u2019s consistently forced on the outside and to attempt a cross with his weaker foot?
