Later, the London derby found Tottenham Hotspur<\/a> falling to visitors Chelsea<\/a> by a 1-0<\/a> loss. Elsewhere, reigning champions Bayern Munich<\/a> pummeled Bayer Leverkusen<\/a> in the Bundesliga<\/a> by a comfortable 3-0<\/a> score.<\/p>\n

In Saturday’s late match, Liverpool<\/a> ended their losing streak and returned to some sort of semblance of form, edging past Aston Villa<\/a> 2-0<\/a> at Anfield.<\/p>\n
