\n Oliver Queen will be donning the gloves for a bout at the Ultra White Collar Boxing Show this November.\n<\/p>\n
\n The 35-year-old, \u00a0who is manager at St Helens town centre pub The Neilson, said boxing is something he has always wanted to do.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cIt is something I have always wanted to do, and I used to train when I was younger,” said Oliver, from Thatto Heath.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cI have been to Everlast gym he has been pushing me to sign up for it.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cI am quite confident. My personal trainer said \u2018are you not worried?\u2019 but I\u2019m quite looking forward to it.\u201d\n<\/p>\n
\n Oliver is midway through his eight-week training campaign to get him ready for the big night.\n<\/p>\n

\n And his efforts are all in aid of a special cause, with proceeds going to the Alzheimer\u2019s Society.\n<\/p>\n
\n The Alzheimer\u2019s Society is a cause close to Oliver\u2019s heart, with his nan having had the disease.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cA couple of staff members have also lost family members to Alzheimer\u2019s so it makes sense to do it for the Alzheimer\u2019s Society.\u201d\n<\/p>\n
\n Oliver will take to the ring in front of a huge live crowd at Wigan\u2019s Brick Community Stadium on Saturday, November 22.\n<\/p>\n
