Luke Hull, known for his work on Andor and HBO\u2019s Chernobyl, will bring his visionary design approach to The Batman 2. Hull\u2019s involvement signals that Gotham City is about to get even darker, grittier, and more immersive than before (via The Hollywood Reporter<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Hull is renowned for his philosophy of constructing extensive, practical sets to set the scale and gravity of a story. For Chernobyl, he oversaw the creation of an entire nuclear power plant to viscerally convey the disaster\u2019s scope. He brought a similar grounded approach to Andor, building immersive worlds like Senator Mon Mothma\u2019s home planet, Chandrila, which he described<\/a> as a blend of \u201cfeudal Japan meets Scandi meets Scottish Castle.\u201d <\/p>\n
