However, there are real concerns that<br \/>\nthe bounce could prove short-lived. Not only did October<br \/>\nsee auto sector supply chains benefit from the production<br \/>\nrestart at JLR, which will provide only a temporary spike in<br \/>\nproduction, but sluggish demand from both domestic and<br \/>\noverseas markets meant October\u2019s output growth was<br \/>\ndependent on firms eating into backlogs of orders placed<br \/>\nin prior months and allowing unsold stock to accumulate.\n<\/p>\n<p data-v-4026719d=\"\">&#8220;There are also concerns the forthcoming Budget will<br \/>\nexacerbate the lingering challenges created by last year\u2019s<br \/>\nBudget, especially in relation the impact of NMW and<br \/>\nemployer NICs on costs, demand and production.
