However, \u201cwe need to see some significant and sustainable change here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The comments will be a blow to British negotiators, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.eu\/article\/us-trade-envoy-jamieson-greer-to-visit-london-end-november-ahead-reeves-budget\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">who are in advanced talks<\/a> to agree their drug-pricing deal with the U.S. administration as part of wider trade negotiations.
