“Number one priority is going to be keeping a card.<\/p>\n
“I’ve played quite a lot of DP World Tour events over the last couple of years, so in terms of comfort levels and being used to things out there, I should be ready to hit the ground running.<\/p>\n
“Keeping a card is priority number one and if we can do that as early as possible then we can start looking forward and rearranging our goals.”<\/p>\n
Young has watched the likes of Calum Hill, Connor Syme and Grant Forrest all seal victories on the DP World Tour during the last 10 months – and that is a milestone he would also like to reach.<\/p>\n
“Obviously you want to try and get a win out there at some point – that’s the goal every week a golfer tees it up,” he said.<\/p>\n
“It’s about being realistic but giving ourselves attainable goals.<\/p>\n
