\n \u201cAlthough Jordan\u2019s passing wasn\u2019t related to mental health, this is an issue that\u2019s very personal to me.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cI\u2019ve struggled with my own mental health over the years, and I know how tough it can be for men to speak up, to ask for help, or even to admit they\u2019re struggling.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cSo, I\u2019ll be fighting in Jordan\u2019s name – for him, for myself, and for every man who feels like they\u2019re fighting their own battles in silence.\u201d\n<\/p>\n
\n Back & Forth Men\u2019s Mental Health was founded in memory of Marc Forth, a police officer who died by suicide in April 2023.\n<\/p>\n
\n The charity was founded six months later, and aims to provide a safe space for men to share their struggles.\n<\/p>\n
