After months of groundwork, a license application has been filed and the project is officially going ahead under the name Modern Adventure Pro Cycling. The team has already unveiled 20 riders for its inaugural roster. In June, it emerged that Hincapie and his brother Rich were putting a structure in place for a new team. Former pro Joey Rosskopf is set to take up a directeur sportif role, while Bobby Julich—third in the 1998 Tour de France—will also be involved.Among the 20 riders announced are several familiar names.
