Molly-Mae Hague has opened up on how she wishes she had waited to have children. The Love Island star shares two-year-old daughter Bambi with boyfriend Tommy Fury.<\/a><\/p>\n

The two met on Love Island<\/a> in 2019 and got engaged in 2023. They split briefly in 2024 before reconciling this year. Speaking about her family life in a new interview with Cosmpolitan UK, 26-year-old Molly Mae said she now feels under pressure to give Bambi a brother or sister. She told Cosmopolitan UK magazine: \u201cI felt like I’d lived so much life by 23, I felt really ready for a new chapter.<\/p>\n

“Tommy and I were in an incredible place and to have something that was half him, half me, just felt really special. I’ve never had any regrets about starting a family <\/a>young.<\/p>\n

“But if I could go back and maybe go again, would I have waited a few more years? Potentially. I would love more days to just sit and do absolutely nothing. They were great for my mental health.\u201d<\/p>\n

Speaking about having another child, she said: \u201cI think about it a lot, and I feel a real pressure around it because I\u2019m desperate to give Bambi a sibling. My life wouldn\u2019t have been the same without my sister. I want that for Bambi.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut I would never want to do it just for her \u2013 I would also want to do it because it is something I want to do.<\/p>\n

“At the same time as being a mum, I also have huge career ambitions and when I fell pregnant with Bambi, my biggest goal was that I didn\u2019t want to lose my identity \u2013 I didn\u2019t want to lose myself and my goals and my dreams and my business ambitions because I was becoming a mum.”<\/p>\n

Social media influencer Molly-Mae credited their two year old daughter Bambi<\/a> for bringing her and Tommy closer together. In the second series of Molly-Mae: Behind It All, Molly-Mae said: “People say having children can really pull you apart, but that was never part of the problem with Tommy and I.<\/p>\n

“Bambi has always been really good for our relationship, and recently, Bambi actually brought us closer together.<\/p>\n

“It kind of happened bit by bit. Recently, we’re just spending more time together and going out together in public more, which at first was scary because we didn’t know what we were going to say. We were literally broken up and then suddenly spending time together again.<\/p>\n

“We’re back together… We are, I don’t know what we are.<\/p>\n

“I’m not putting my ring back on yet, just because I just don’t feel quite ready. And also, I would kind of like him to make a bit of a gesture. Not ask me again. That’s just, like, a lot, but, you know, just a nice dinner or something, just to have that moment of, ‘OK, I’ll wear my ring again’.<\/p>\n

“We are still living apart and still going through things. We’re still navigating things, we’re still figuring it out. We’re back together, yes, but it’s not perfect.
