Myleene Klass<\/a> has opened up about her stalking ordeal, admitting that some of the evidence was removed from her file due to being \u2018too traumatic\u2019.<\/p>\n The musician and presenter, 47, appeared in court in October<\/a> to hear \u2018distressing\u2019 details of how an obsessive stalker sent her items with \u2018sexual overtones\u2019, including a Catwoman outfit.<\/p>\n Myleene, 47, watched on as jurors at Birmingham<\/a> Crown Court were told Peter Windsor, 61, sent her letters, jewellery, fancy dress outfits, and a firearm<\/a> during a nine-month campaign of harassment between November 2023 and August 2024.<\/p>\n She also gave evidence, speaking through tears about her \u2018sheer terror\u2019 upon finding out what the man had been doing, which also led her to increase her personal security at home.<\/p>\n He was found guilty, despite trying to argue that some of his gifts were sent as a \u2018joke\u2019. Such gifts also included a whip, which he asked her to use to \u2018correct him\u2019, and a cane.<\/p>\n Furthermore, he wrote a note that referred to Myleene as a \u2018naughty vixen\u2019, saying he had seen\u00a0her\u00a0in \u2018provocative underwear\u2019 in a newspaper.\u00a0<\/p>\n \t\t Office security at the Global Radio HQ in London<\/a> were able to intercept many of the items before Myleene saw them.<\/p>\n Reflecting on the terrifying incident and the subsequent trial in a new interview with The Times<\/a>, the I\u2019m A Celebrity<\/a> icon said she would have preferred to know the full extent of what the stalker was sending.<\/p>\n She said: \u2018Everyone in court had a folder of evidence. But during the trial the clerk would be ordered to remove certain pages from mine. <\/p>\n \u2018I was censored from my own life.\u2019<\/p>\n The former Hear\u2019Say singer added: \u2018I couldn\u2019t see what the others were seeing. So I was wondering what else was in there. If an image of a gun was considered OK, what was not OK? It was deeply worrying.\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n At the time, it never occurred to Myleene that she should insist on seeing the full evidence.<\/p>\n \t\t \t\t However, she went on to say that she will not have a full picture of the stalking \u2018for years\u2019, since Classic FM staff threw away packages that were sent to avoid worrying her.<\/p>\n It wasn\u2019t until last August that the radio broadcaster was made aware of the mailing list, which now still haunts her as she imagines how dark it could have got.<\/p>\n Myleene said: \u2018I didn\u2019t know that my family or myself were in any danger.<\/p>\n \u2018They asked me in court, \u201cHas he come to your work?\u201d I\u2019ll never know. I sign autographs. I take pictures with people. I was a sitting duck.\u2019<\/p>\n As well as the stalking of Myleene, Windsor was found guilty of targeting Classic FM presenter Katie Breathwick with letters and parcels. <\/p>\n He previously denied the two charges against him but was also discovered to have sent Katie, 54, a pair of binoculars, spiked running shoes, champagne, and a stamp collection for her son.\u00a0<\/p>\n \t\t \t\t In total, he sent her between 80 and 100 items between March 2020 and December 2023.<\/p>\n Katie also received some letters addressed jointly to her and\u00a0Myleene.<\/p>\n During his trial, prosecutor Tim Sapwell told the court: \u2018The content was obsessional and demonstrated his obsessive interest in them.\u2019<\/p>\n He said of\u00a0Myleene: \u2018She didn\u2019t want any publicity about this. She just wanted it to stop.\u2019<\/p>\n The lawyer added the star was left \u2018very distressed\u2019 by the correspondence and worried about the safety of her loved ones.<\/p>\n Myleene has two daughters, Ava, 18, and Hero, 13, with her ex-husband Graham Quinn, and a son, born in 2019, with her current partner Simon Motson.<\/p>\n \t\t When arrested in September 2023, police discovered maps of the capital in Windsor\u2019s possessions, marking the women\u2019s workplace.
