Artwork rumoured to be ‘Banksy’ has been found in Bridgwater<\/a>\n<\/p>\n\n Disney.B32 is\u00a0pseudonymous; his real identity is kept a secret. Creating artwork around Somerset in places like Brean, Bridgwater, Weston, and many more – he is considered Somerset’s answer to the\u00a0notorious artist, Banksy.\n<\/p>\n
\n The last piece of artwork he created depicted a black and white young girl leaning down, wearing Nike Air Force trainers with puckered-up lips and a heart sign used with her hands. Created in the same style that is synonymous with Banksy’s creations.\n<\/p>\n

\n The artwork has caught a lot of attention, with all of it being “good” according to the artist. Painted at the end of October, the piece is a fitting tribute for Remembrance Sunday and has been titled ‘Lest We Forget’.\n<\/p>\n
\n Disney, whose real name is kept a secret, like Banksy, said: “This piece is a Lest We Forget tribute, out of respect for the fallen.\n<\/p>\n
\n “I painted this last week, but as I walk dogs that way, a lot of people have been taking photos and talking about it.\n<\/p>\n
\n “I even had a conversation with a bloke who didn\u2019t know I actually painted it, so it\u2019s got a bit of attention already, and all of it has been good\u00a0so far.”\n<\/p>\n
\n Based in Birmingham, Somerset is the one county the artist has regularly visited, spray painting onto the \u201cboring\u201d walls of car parks, public toilets, and derelict buildings.\n<\/p>\n
\n The street artist added, \u201cI do seem to travel down south just to get out of Birmingham; I go wherever my art takes me. I do not have a preference where I paint; places seem to call out to me.\u201d\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n Disney also uses artwork to mark important events in the UK\u2019s history. He is often mistaken for Banksy, the Bristol-based pseudonymous street artist, who hosted the Dismaland art project in Weston-super-Mare back in 2015.\n<\/p>\n
