We\u2019ve all thought about it. What would we do if someone from the future came back<\/a> and told us something terrible was about to happen? Would we believe them? Call them crazy? It\u2019s quite the dilemma. Now, what if that person showed up when you were at Norm\u2019s and was dressed like an insane garbage robot?<\/p>\n

That\u2019s how things start in the latest film from director Gore Verbinski<\/a>. It\u2019s called Good Luck, Have Fun, Don\u2019t Die and stars Sam Rockwell<\/a> as the time traveler who has the apocalyptic message. And, from the looks of this first trailer, he\u2019s not lying.<\/p>\n

Written by Matthew Robinson (Love and Monsters, The Invention of Lying), Good Luck, Have Fun, Don\u2019t Die has a pretty stacked cast beyond just the Oscar winner Rockwell. There\u2019s Haley Lu Richardson (White Lotus), Michael Pe\u00f1a (Ant-Man), Zazie Beetz (Deadpool 2), Asim Chandhry (Black Mirror: Bandersnatch), Tom Taylor (House of the Dragon), and Juno Temple (Ted Lasso), too.<\/p>\n

And that cast is in what looks like a completely wild film. Like, was that a giant horse? What happened at that birthday party? Are those zombies climbing on top of each other? Where did the robotic dolls come from? Who shot that missile? Is that an indoor tornado? How the hell does all this fit together into one movie? Can it all fit into one movie?<\/p>\n

We have no idea, but we are honestly very excited to find out. Early festival reviews have been largely positive<\/a>, so there\u2019s a very good chance Verbinski has a winner here. That said, Verbinski hasn\u2019t made an inarguably great movie in almost 15 years, so it\u2019s unclear if he\u2019s still got his fastball. We hope so, though.<\/p>\n
