The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vulture.com\/tv\/the-real-housewives-of-salt-lake-city\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Real Housewives of Salt Lake City <\/a>star has faced \u201ccult leader\u201d allegations throughout her tenure on the show, and now TLC is compiling them into one handy-dandy brief. The Cult of a Real Housewife will be a three-part series investigating the Faith Temple Pentecostal, the church Cosby co-runs with her husband and former step-grandfather, Robert Cosby Sr. According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/press.wbd.com\/us\/media-release\/tlc-sets-january-premiere-date-three-part-docuseries-unpacking-allegations-against\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">press release<\/a> from WBTV, the docuseries will start with the church\u2019s founding by Mary\u2019s grandmother Rosemary \u201cMama\u201d Cosby. It will then trace what happened when Mama Cosby died and Mary Cosby married her widower.<\/p>\n<p class=\"clay-paragraph\" data-editable=\"text\" data-uri=\"www.vulture.com\/_components\/clay-paragraph\/instances\/cmhwkfnv7000f3b793hkynrzm@published\" data-word-count=\"54\">Talking heads will include ex-members speaking out for the first time, \u201cincluding long-standing pillars of Faith Temple, the Enoch family,\u00a0and provide\u00a0deeply personal\u00a0and\u00a0disturbing\u00a0accounts from family members such as Mary\u2019s\u00a0sister, Denise Jefferson\u00a0Odinaka, and Mary\u2019s cousin,\u00a0Dan Cosby, along with his wife, Kim.\u201d The Cult of a Real Housewife will premiere on TLC on New Year\u2019s Day 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"clay-paragraph\" data-editable=\"text\" data-uri=\"www.vulture.com\/_components\/clay-paragraph\/instances\/cmhwjtiai001s3b785ttfvm9q@published\" data-word-count=\"112\">RHOSLC viewers know a little about this already as former church member Cameron Williams appeared on the show before his death. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vulture.com\/2022\/01\/mary-cosby-broke-her-silence-on-skipping-rhoslc-reunion.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">In season two<\/a>, he told Meredith Marks that the way Cosby led the church was \u201charmful\u201d and to \u201cbe careful\u201d around her. Speaking to Lisa Barlow, Williams rhetorically asked, \u201cIs it a cult? Yes. Does she call herself \u2018God\u2019?
