Megastar Amitabh Bachchan<\/a> seemed to have joined the growing chorus of concern over the constant intrusion into Dharmendra <\/a>and the Deol family\u2019s privacy as the 89-year-old veteran actor recuperates at his home in Mumbai after a recent health scare. Amitabh\u2019s post comes a day after Sunny Deol<\/a> slammed the paparazzi, calling them shameless.<\/p>\n

On Friday, Amitabh took to X (formerly Twitter) and his official blog to take a cryptic dig at the paparazzi. Calling out the relentless behaviour of people, Amitabh said there are \u201cno ethics left\u201d, describing the situation as both \u201cdisturbing\u201d and \u201cdisgusting.\u201d<\/p>\n

Amitabh\u2019s post comes in the wake of a disturbing video leaked from Dharmendra\u2019s hospital room, which showed the family in an extremely emotionally vulnerable state.<\/p>\n

Taking to X, Amitabh wrote, \u201cT 5564 – no ethics .. Koi bhi achaar-niti nahi.\u201d<\/p>\n

The actor also took to his blog <\/a>to describe his state of mind, writing, \u201cNo ethics .. no sense of responsibility .. just an avenue of personal gain, without any consideration of the moment \u2026 Disturbing and disgusting.\u201d<\/p>\n

Although Amitabh didn\u2019t mention any names or incidents in his posts, social media users were quick to connect his remarks to the ongoing criticism directed at the paparazzi for overstepping boundaries and invading Dharmendra\u2019s family\u2019s personal space.<\/p>\n

\u201cAbsolutely true Sir, just saw Jaya Ji once again snapping at the paparazzi stationed at an event,\u201d one wrote, with another mentioning, \u201cSir is perhaps pointing to tv\/social media with regards to Dharmendra ji’s health. #NoEthics.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOnly TRP. Everybody is in the race, no values,\u201d one posted. Another social media user wrote, \u201cPaparazzi are shame\u201d, with one commenting, \u201cSunny deol rightly said\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

Celebrities call out paparazzi<\/p>\n

On Thursday, Dharmendra\u2019s son, actor Sunny Deol<\/a>, lost his cool at photographers stationed outside his home. \u201cAap logon ko sharam aayni chaiyeh\u2026 Aapke ghar mein maa-baap hain, bacche hain… Ch******n ki taranh video liye jaa rahe ho.. Sharam nahi aati (You guys should be ashamed of yourself. You guys also have parents, have kids\u2026 Still are making videos like idiots\u2026 You should be ashamed of yourself),\u201d Sunny said to the paparazzi with folded hands.<\/p>\n

Following his outburst, several people from the film industry from Karan Johar<\/a> to Ameesha Patel have come forward to slam paparazzi for crossing a line, and urging people to \u201cleave the family alone\u201d.<\/p>\n

Dharmendra was discharged from hospital on Wednesday. Following his discharge, Sunny\u2019s team issued a statement, revealing that Dharmendra\u2019s treatment will continue at home and urged everyone to respect the family\u2019s privacy during this time. Dharmendra was last seen in Karan\u2019s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, which emerged as a box office success.
