\n\tBBC Studios<\/a> is bringing its Australia New Zealand (ANZ) and Asia businesses together under an APAC leadershp team led by Robi Stanton<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tStanton, who joined earlier this year from CNN International as EVP and General Manager in ANZ, has taken on the newly-created President, APAC Media & Streaming role.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe move will see BBC Studios \u201cstreamline operations\u201d across the two regions,\u201d it said. Phil Hardman remains as EVP & General Manager, Asia, and there have been no layoffs due to the merger, BBC Studios said. Earlier this year, BBC Studios ceased production in India<\/a>, striking a multi-year deal with Banijay Asia in its stead. ANZ production remains under the remit of Kylie Washington.<\/p>\n

\n\tPrior to joining BBC Studios, Stanton held a range of senior leadership roles at CNN International, Warner Bros. Discovery and Turner International in both Australia and Singapore. She was responsible for overall business management, leading teams across content, commercial, marketing, digital and operations.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn APAC, BBC Studios makes and sells numerous versions of its shows including Ghosts: Australia, which launched earlier this month.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe move is the latest BBC Studios rejig.
