\n Manor Walks Shopping & Leisure in Cramlington will continue to host NHS services for another 15 years, following a renewed commitment from the Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.\n<\/p>\n
\n The health centre has operated from the site since January 2015, delivering outpatient and specialist clinical care to residents in Cramlington, Blyth and the wider area.\n<\/p>\n
\n Services at the centre include audiology, chemotherapy and ear, nose and throat (ENT) clinics, supported by testing and screening facilities.\n<\/p>\n
\n Lee Farrier, head of commercial and workspace at Advance Northumberland, said: “We are delighted that the NHS has chosen to make a long-term commitment to Manor Walks.\n<\/p>\n
\n “The renewal reinforces the centre\u2019s position at the heart of the community and reflects the strength of our relationship with key public sector partners.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Having accessible, high-quality healthcare on site benefits both residents and the wider Northumberland area.”\n<\/p>\n
\n The centre is staffed by clinical teams from Newcastle Hospitals, offering the same standard of care as the trust\u2019s hospital sites.\n<\/p>\n
\n The new agreement represents one of the most significant long-term lease renewals within the centre.\n<\/p>\n
