The citrus marinade adds layers of flavor to the chicken\u2014the primary protein source in the dish. Plus, the potatoes and green beans can be roasted right on the same sheet pan for a quick cleanup afterward. Since we\u2019re a household of two and this recipe serves four, I\u2019ll be saving the leftovers for lunch the next day.\n<\/p>\n<p>  Monday: Sheet-Pan Salmon with Broccoli  <\/p>\n<p>Ali Redmond<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_13-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> Salmon might be my favorite type of fish. It\u2019s loaded with <a class=\"recommendation-inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eatingwell.com\/article\/8035578\/omega-3-supplements-benefits\/\" link-destination-recommendation=\"true\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">omega-3 fatty acids<\/a> that not only give it a luscious texture, but also offer heart-health benefits. Pairing it with broccoli adds a boost of fiber, vitamins and antioxidants. Serve with \u00bd cup of cooked brown rice to make it a complete meal.\n<\/p>\n<p>  Tuesday: Sheet-Pan Pork &amp; Cherry Tomatoes  <\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_17-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> If you\u2019ve never cooked rutabaga before, this is the perfect recipe to try first. This cold-weather veg tastes like a mix of cabbage and turnips, and it\u2019s a welcome contrast to the tangy tomatoes and savory pork. Not to mention, the recipe only takes 15 minutes of active time to prepare, so it comes together fast. Add \u00bd cup of cooked quinoa for more protein, fiber and carbohydrates.\n<\/p>\n<p>  Wednesday: Sheet-Pan Balsamic-Parmesan Roasted Chickpeas &amp; Vegetables  <\/p>\n<p>Ali Redmond<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_22-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> We try to eat plant-based meals at least one day each week, and this is one of our favorite recipes. I always have chickpeas in my pantry\u2014they\u2019re a great high-protein, budget-friendly option for quick meals. Plus, the colorful vegetables add visual appeal as well as vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. To round out the meal, serve it alongside some mixed greens dressed with this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatingwell.com\/julia-child-sauce-vinaigrette-8417430\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Julia Child\u2019s Vinaigrette<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n<p>  Thursday: Sheet-Pan Spicy Jerk Shrimp  <\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_26-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> Shrimp is a protein that I always keep in the freezer; it thaws quickly, cooks easily and is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. This recipe brings the heat with Jamaican jerk seasoning and is balanced with sweet and tangy pineapple for a dish that transports me far from the snowy weather we\u2019ve been having lately. Topping with one-third of an avocado helps bring the heat down and complete the meal.\n<\/p>\n<p>  Friday: Sheet-Pan Roasted Autumn Vegetables &amp; Chicken Sausage  <\/p>\n<p> Karla Conrad<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_30-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> In-season vegetables like butternut squash and Brussels sprouts provide potassium, which can help support <a class=\"recommendation-inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eatingwell.com\/article\/7919807\/triumph-resistant-hypertension-study\/\" link-destination-recommendation=\"true\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">healthy blood pressure<\/a> and overall heart health. Chicken sausage is lower in saturated fat than pork- or beef-based alternatives, making it a heart-healthy protein source.
