TV8 TV Yayincilik AS<\/a>, the broadcaster behind Turkish versions of Survivor, MasterChef and some of the country\u2019s highest-grossing talent shows, has applied to the Capital Markets Board for an initial public offering. It plans to sell 35 million nominal shares, equal to about 20.5% of its equity, according to its IPO prospectusBloomberg Terminal<\/a>.
