Millions of households are being urged to follow a 4pm routine after financial expert Martin Lewis highlighted the impact it can have on reducing heat loss as energy bills remain high.<\/p>\n

The guidance comes as families across the UK continue to face rising living expenses following Ofgem’s October price cap increase.<\/p>\n
