Ben Foster showed his reaction to former side Manchester United being one of the Premier League clubs linked with Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson.<\/p>\n

Elliot Anderson left Newcastle in 2024 and signed for Nottingham Forest, with the midfielder since breaking into the England senior team under Thomas Tuchel<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 23-year-old midfielder has been linked with former side Newcastle, while Anderson is believed to be on Manchester United\u2019s radar<\/a> and of interest to Arsenal.<\/p>\n

Anderson has made 56 appearances for Forest since his 2024 move and the England international has netted three times and registered seven assists for his club.<\/p>\n

Thomas Tuchel handed the Forest midfielder his England debut in September against Andorra and United-linked Anderson<\/a> has been capped six times so far.<\/p>\n

Manchester United<\/a> have been tipped to sign a new midfielder in 2026 after failing to bring one through the doors at Old Trafford<\/a> in the summer transfer window.<\/p>\n

Ruben Amorim<\/a> is expected to lose Casemiro<\/a> at the end of the 2025-26 Premier League season, with the United midfielder out of contract next summer.<\/p>\n

United\u2019s two-man pivot has looked vulnerable this season after Bruno Fernandes<\/a> dropped into a deeper role and the club are expected to strengthen the midfield further.<\/p>\n

Elliot Anderson\u2019s emergence in the England national team and success at Nottingham Forest have made him an eye-catching prospect for clubs in England.<\/p>\n

What Ben Foster thinks Man Utd target Elliot Anderson is worth in the transfer market amid Nottingham Forest\u2019s valuation<\/p>\n

Forest are believed to have valued Anderson at over \u00a3100m and the Premier League club have the England midfield tied down to a contract at City Ground until 2029.<\/p>\n

Foster used Anderson\u2019s Forest teammate Morgan Gibbs-White as a measuring stick for the value that the United-linked player is worth in the transfer market.<\/p>\n

Morgan Gibbs-White was set to sign for Tottenham in the summer after Spurs triggered his \u00a360m release clause, but the deal for the midfielder later collapsed.<\/p>\n

Based on Gibbs-White\u2019s price tag \u2013 and the sentiments of his co-hosts \u2013 Foster believes that Anderson is worth around \u00a370m to \u00a380m for his actual transfer value.<\/p>\n

Reacting to Gibbs-White\u2019s price range, he said: \u201cIt is, isn\u2019t it?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s 70, 80million [for Anderson]. It is.\u201d<\/p>\n
