The Gore House unfolds across the foothills of Salt Lake City, one of Eduard Dreier\u2019s most distinctive mid-century<\/a> works. A study in expressive geometry, crisp lines and Utah light, it was completed in 1956 and restored in 2025 with interiors by Tally Stevens, and it keeps Dreier\u2019s sculptural intent close while introducing a quieter, more refined material palette. The home moves easily between past and present, retaining the clarity of Dreier\u2019s geometry while refining how the spaces live today.<\/p>\n

Across 4,038 square feet, the interior takes on a gentle material cadence. Quartzite, marble, travertine and terrazzo hold the daylight in muted tones, giving the rooms a sense of depth rather than display. New interventions are quiet by design \u2014 Thermador appliances and custom lighting absorbed into the original lines, with Nest controls, Sonos audio and EV charging threaded in so subtly they read as part of the architecture. The layout includes four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a powder room that follow Dreier\u2019s established rhythm, opening to glimpses of the foothills and the shifting mountain light.<\/p>\n
