height: 20px;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>                    Record learning outcomes<\/p>\n<p>                                                            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/1c7f44e596fd5f3da08c0d21aeef7af5.jpeg\"\/>&#13;<br \/>\nCommunity Pharmacy Northern Ireland chief executive Gerard Greene paid tribute to pharmacies who have been \u201cworking tirelessly\u201d on behalf of care home residents.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Community pharmacy teams in Northern Ireland have administered more than 8,500 flu and 7,000 Covid vaccines to care home residents in one month, according to Community Pharmacy Northern Ireland (CPNI).<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Just four weeks into the Community Pharmacy Care Home Vaccination Service, the representative body for 509 community pharmacies in the country said that as of November 12 this year, pharmacies visited 348 of the 445 care homes listed under the service and delivered 8,547 and 7,218 flu and Covid vaccines respectively to residents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">CPNI chief executive Gerard Greene paid tribute to pharmacies who have been \u201cworking tirelessly\u201d on behalf of care home residents as well as administering vaccines \u201cto other eligible groups in their local communities, ensuring widespread access and protection this winter\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201cCommunity pharmacy teams have once again demonstrated the scale and pace at which they are reaching residents and protecting some of the most vulnerable people in our society ahead of the winter season,\u201d Greene said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The Community Pharmacy Care Home Vaccination Service was commissioned by the Department of Health Strategic Planning and Performance Group.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Greene insisted the figures \u201cclearly demonstrate the significant progress being made and the strong commitment of community pharmacy teams in protecting some of the most vulnerable people in our society\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"In News Follow this topic Bookmark Record learning outcomes &#13;
