Melanie C <\/a>has sent Spice Girls<\/a> fans into meltdown after dropping a huge hint that Victoria Beckham<\/a> may finally be ready to rejoin the iconic girl group. Fans were left thrilled after a social media video showed Victoria singing with son Cruz Beckham<\/a> beside her.<\/p>\n

The clip, which was shared on 20-year-old Cruz’s Instagram<\/a> on Wednesday, November 19, showed the 51-year-old fashion designer and mum-of-four belting out Viva Forever while Cruz, who sat opposite her, played the guitar. Cruz, now forging his own music career, has already recorded an album and released his debut singles Optics and Lick The Toad.<\/p>\n

But it was Melanie C and Mel B’s cheeky reaction to the clip that really sent fans into a frenzy, particularly after hinting at the Spice Girls reuniting. Sharing the video, she joked: \u201cLove this, getting a head start on rehearsals.\u201d Melanie Brown MBE<\/a> couldn\u2019t resist joining in either, adding: \u201cIt\u2019s happening and remember it was all my idea.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fans also shared their excitement, with one person saying: “This is so beautiful. Acoustic Christmas<\/a> No.1 right there.” Another wrote: “Our Posh Spice forever!! Please come back.” A third person chimed in: “Seeing Victoria singing her greatest song again is EVERYTHING.”<\/p>\n

With the group\u2019s 30th anniversary in 2026 fast approaching, a Spice Girls reunion is something fans are desperate to see. The band last performed together as a five-piece at the 2012 London Olympics closing ceremony, and while they toured in 2019, Victoria famously opted out to focus on her fashion and beauty empire.<\/p>\n

In recent weeks, though, Victoria has added to the speculation. Appearing on US radio station SiriusXM last month,<\/a> she admitted she is \u201ctempted\u201d by the idea of getting back on stage with Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She told the host: \u201cIt would be tempting. But could I take on a world<\/a> tour? No I can’t. I have a job\u2026 How good would the Spice Girls be at the Sphere! I love the idea of it. I mean I don’t know if I could even still sing, I mean I was never that great!\u201d<\/p>\n

Victoria\u2019s comments suggest that the group could be planning a Las Vegas residency at the high-tech venue, which has already hosted major acts such as U2, The Eagles and the Backstreet Boys. No Doubt are due to play a 12-show reunion run there next May.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Mel C also teased a return for the band on stage. \u201cI remain optimistic,\u201d she said in an interview on Good Morning Amercia. \u201cIt\u2019s our 30th anniversary next year. We toured in 2019, we did a few stadium shows in the UK and it was incredible.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re just so proud of the legacy that we have, and we have fans now from new generations who are just loving the Spice Girls, so I would like to get back on stage with the girls,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re talking and we\u2019re seeing what opportunities are out there. The thing that stops us is we feel so precious about it, we want to make sure it\u2019s the right thing and agree on the right thing.\u201d<\/p>\n
