The crow appeared to startle the fox, which slipped and fell into thick bushes below. The animal then climbed back up to a nearby den.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/facebook-s.png\" class=\"share-image\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/twitter-s.png\" class=\"share-image\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The incident occurred near the Mar Saba monastery, an ancient Christian site carved into desert rock east of Jerusalem. The area is largely untouristed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was photographing a house above the monastery when I noticed the fox sliding down,\u201d Prochter told ynet. \u201cAt first I didn\u2019t understand why it jumped.
