\"Ghost<\/a><\/p>\n

Update 1.1 for Ghost of Yotei<\/a> has arrived, and as promised, it brings some significant features and improvements to the open world title.<\/p>\n

New Game+ is the headline act, letting you replay the whole game with your skills and equipment intact, while also introducing fresh weapon and armour upgrades, as well as cosmetic items.<\/p>\n

But the patch actually does more than we thought it would. VRR support has been implemented, for example, alongside a bunch of additional accessibility options. Gameplay adjustments have been made as well, and you can even choose to replay cleared camps and boss enemy duels.<\/p>\n

Below are the full patch notes, as posted by developer Sucker Punch:<\/p>\n

Ghost of Yotei Update 1.1 Patch Notes<\/p>\n

Settings<\/p>\n

VRR Support added<\/p>\n

New \u201cBalanced\u201d graphic modes targeting 40 FPS (Requires a display that supports a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Note that cutscenes are always rendered at 30 frames per second).<\/p>\n

Right Directional Button Function<\/p>\n

Add option to remap touchpad swipe functions to the right directional button to replace photo mode (Show Respect, Sheathe Weapon, Call Guiding Wind, Play Shamisen)<\/p>\n

Animal Guide Indicator<\/p>\n

Add option to display a visual indicator when being led by gold birds, foxes, and the wolf<\/p>\n

Fall Damage<\/p>\n

Add option to allow the player to turn fall damage off (Some falls will still be lethal)<\/p>\n

Auto-Loot<\/p>\n

Add option to automatically loot enemies when they die<\/p>\n

Skip Sumi-e minigames<\/p>\n

Add option to allow the player to skip Sumi-e minigames<\/p>\n

New Photo Mode features:<\/p>\n

Add option to swap graphics mode while in photo mode
\nAdd option to toggle horse on\/off in photo mode
\nAdd option to toggle Kurosawa mode on\/off in photo mode
\nAdd option to toggle composition grid lines on\/off
\nAdd option to adjust shutter speed
\nNew color grading options added<\/p>\n

Post credits, players unlock the ability to start New Game+ on the title screen<\/p>\n

Players will retain all their gear, upgrades, cosmetics, resources, and collectibles
\nNew Vendor available in NG+ that sells new content<\/p>\n

\nTwo new upgradeable Armor Sets<\/p>\n

New armor and weapon upgrades available
\nCompleting content in NG+ that was completed in first playthrough rewards \u201cGhost Flowers\u201d which can be spent at the new shop
\nTwo new trophies for NG+<\/p>\n

\u201cMo Ichido\u201d – Complete Atsu\u2019s Hunt in New Game+.
\n\u201cRare and Exceptional\u201d – Purchase Armor, a Charm, or Vanity Gear from Masujiro the Melodious in New Game+.<\/p>\n

Replayable Content – Yotei Six Camps and Duels<\/p>\n

Post credits, players unlock the ability to replay completed Yotei Six Camps and most duels via the map<\/p>\n

All 22 Yotei Six Camps are replayable
\n26 Replayable Duels<\/p>\n

After completing a replay, players will get a \u201cresults\u201d screen with their completion time, difficulty, as well as other goals (No Damage Taken, Undetected, etc)
\nIn NG+, players can replay camps and duels after completing them once<\/p>\n

Fixes<\/p>\n

Various balance updates.
\nFixed various rare crashes.
\nAdded the following on screen text during the rare occurrence of a black screen where controller input has been intercepted: \u201cThe system software is intercepting controller input\u201d.<\/p>\n

Restarting the controller at this time should resolve the black screen.<\/p>\n

Added a small input delay during standoff streaks to prevent failing the standoff due to button presses immediately following the first kill.
\nFixed a bug that could occur during \u201cThe Last Brother\u201d bounty where the interogee could become unavailable after getting Typhoon Kicked or Shoulder Charged off of the waterfall.
\nFixed a rare bug during \u201cInagawa the Gambler\u201d bounty where Atsu could get stuck at a zeni hajiki table after doing the tutorial.
\nFixed a bug during \u201cEncounters of the Wild\u201d that could cause the mission to become blocked if Ghost of Yotei was closed and reopened after looking up at the bear on the cliff.
\nFixed a bug in \u201cThe Reckoning\u201d that could cause the mission to become blocked if The Dragon duel was suspended and then Ghost of Yotei was closed and reopened.
\nFixed several other bugs related to stability, performance, and rare mission blocking behaviors.<\/p>\n
