\n\tThe boys of Seventeen<\/a> were all giggles and smiles as they delivered stripped-back performances of their high-throttle songs while visiting NPR<\/a> HQ for Tiny Desk on Monday.<\/p>\n

\n\tBacked by a full band, five of the group\u2019s 13 members \u2014 Joshua, Mingyu, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino \u2014 serenaded the audience, opening their set with a performance of \u201cSuper.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cYou guys are so hot. Wow!\u201d said Seungkwan.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe did not expect this kind of response, you guys are awesome,\u201d said Vernon, before translating for Seungkwan: \u201cWe expected a more calm and quiet environment. You guys are awesome!\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe band continued with the ballad \u201cDarl+ing\u201d as they waved their arms during the performance, backed by a jazzy piano, before 2022\u2019s \u201c_World,\u201d which they worked to harmonize.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThis goes out to you!\u201d declared Dino as they introduced the sweet \u201cTo You.\u201d The stars then continued into \u201cHBD\u201d as they celebrated the crowd response at NPR. (The group joked that they wanted to perform \u201cQ&A\u201d but couldn\u2019t because it was a woman\u2019s vocal.)<\/p>\n

\n\tThe band continued with \u201cSOS,\u201d Rock With You,\u201d and \u201cClap.\u201d They closed their 30-minute concert with \u201cHot\u201d and \u201cVery Nice.\u201d Between songs, the band expressed their appreciation for NPR and their Tiny Desk series.<\/p>\n

\n\tMissing from the performance was DK, who lost his voice days before the show, according to NPR<\/a>. The other members learned his parts on the fly.<\/p>\n

\n\tTheir new Tiny Desk appearance comes on the heels of the group\u2019s fifth album Happy Burstday, which they dropped in late May. The LP features production from both Pharrell and Timbaland.
