Emmerdale’s latest episode of the ITV soap appeared to confirm Celia Daniels could frame someone for murder, ahead of one cast member revealing an exit was on the way<\/p>\n

There were worrying scenes on Emmerdale<\/a>, as a villain suggested she planned to frame a fan favourite for murder should she need to.<\/p>\n

The character had allowed someone to die recently from sickness, after an injury left them unwell and needing urgent medical attention. When the time came to disposing of the body, the victim was left in a feed shed, only to be uncovered, sparking outrage.<\/p>\n

It was Celia Daniels who played a part in poor Anya’s demise, as she and her ‘son’ Ray Walters continued to exploit their farm workers, stopping them from leaving and taking everything they have. Anya did get away, only to be caught by Ray and she was brought back.<\/p>\n

She was injured and left with an infection, and a few days later she sadly passed away. When Bear Wolf found out that Anya’s body had been dumped in the feed shed he lost it, and demanded a funeral for the tragic young mother.<\/p>\n

Ray played along, leaving Celia furious. But amid her tricking farmer Moira Dingle with business, acting as if she and Moira can be a team in their line of work with their separate farms, fake farmer Celia made a shocking decision on Monday.<\/p>\n

When Bear demanded a funeral service, he was tasked with digging Anya’s grave and burying her. Celia had told Ray to bring Bear and the body to a specific location later in the evening where the service would be held, just the three of them.<\/p>\n

Prior to this, Celia had visited Moira at her home to try and get her to sign a new contract. What wasn’t given away until later was that Celia had an ulterior motive.<\/p>\n

When she joined Bear and Ray, it was revealed they were burying Anya on land that belonged to Butlers, where Moira’s farm is. Not only that, but Celia disclosed to Ray that Anya’s body was wrapped in a blanket she’d taken from Moira’s home.<\/p>\n

She was smug as she told Ray that the body would now be wrapped in Moira’s DNA, on her land. She shared that should anyone find Anya or if Bear disclosed where the body was, all fingers would point to Moira as the evidence contained her DNA, not Celia’s.<\/p>\n

Calling it an insurance plan, there’s every chance Celia has done this in case things turn sour with Moira, either as a threat or to get rid of her. So will Moira face big trouble as Celia hinted at her plans to frame her over Anya’s death?<\/p>\n

It comes as Celia’s exit appeared to be confirmed. Actress Jaye Griffiths, who plays her, confirmed that her character only had a limited time on the soap, suggesting she would be leaving the role.<\/p>\n
