Leeds United have had a difficult start to the season under Daniel Farke.<\/p>\n

Aston Villa secured a 2-1 away win against Leeds<\/a> despite the Elland Road<\/a> outfit taking the lead through Lukas Nmecha early on.<\/p>\n

Lucas Perri didn\u2019t help with his keeping against Morgan Rogers<\/a>, but the overall second-half performance was far from good enough.<\/p>\n

Plenty of fans in LS11 have started to turn, with Farke coming under pressure to be sacked at Leeds<\/a> after a patchy campaign so far.<\/p>\n

Farke<\/a> could soon lose his job in West Yorkshire, especially if he doesn\u2019t take a leaf out of Neil Warnock\u2019s<\/a> book across the rest of the season.<\/p>\n

Warnock felt sorry for Farke at Norwich City<\/a> due to a lack of financial backing after earning promotion to the Premier League.<\/p>\n

The German faced a similar problem moving into the top tier with the Whites after a largely underwhelming summer window.<\/p>\n

That hasn\u2019t helped the frustrating atmosphere surrounding Elland Road, and discussion of the sack has swirled around.<\/p>\n

Former England international Danny Mills<\/a> believes a change will be in the pipeline if Farke doesn\u2019t change his approach in the Premier League.<\/p>\n

The ex-Leeds man has questioned whether the Whites\u2019 boss can adapt and adopt a similar approach to Warnock\u2019s.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cLeeds will have to seriously consider a change at Christmas if things don\u2019t improve under Daniel Farke. Farke has been brilliant at getting teams promoted. <\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s been successful by adopting an attacking play style, being on the front foot and dominating teams, which is completely different to how you survive as a promoted team in the Premier League.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s great to be able to steamroll teams in the Championship, because you\u2019ve got better players and have a higher intensity. But in the Premier League, you have to be resolute and set a team up to not be beaten, rather than the opposite. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe likes of Sean Dyche and Neil Warnock come to mind when you mention that kind of approach \u2013 and that\u2019s a different mindset to Farke. My doubt is that I don\u2019t know if Farke can adapt to that style of play, and get the players to accept a different mindset.\u201c<\/p>\n

Farke unwilling to change approach at Leeds United<\/p>\n

Mills is right to put forward his doubts over whether the ex-Norwich boss will change his ways at Leeds.<\/p>\n

The German ultimately tasted relegation at Carrow Road as he sought to play an \u201cattractive\u201d style rather than a more effective one.<\/p>\n

Leeds\u2019 most recent defeat against Aston Villa is a perfect example of this, as Farke was unwilling to change, even after Unai Emery brought on Donyell Malen to turn the game around.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The Netherlands international\u2019s pace and directness opened up space for the Villans, who created plenty of chances throughout the second half.<\/p>\n

The Leeds boss opted against making changes, and that ultimately contributed to his side\u2019s downfall as they suffered yet another loss.<\/p>\n

If he won\u2019t change in the second half of a game that his side lost, Farke is never going to change his entire approach to replicate someone like Warnock.<\/p>\n
