Ashman has really stepped up and is a fantastic option at hooker, scoring plenty of tries\u2014including a brace against Argentina. He handled the basics well but added flair when required.<\/p>\n
Worst: Blair Kinghorn
Kinghorn struggled to build any momentum and failed to make an impact against New Zealand or Argentina, games where a player of his quality should shine. A disappointing autumn for him.<\/p>\n
Australia<\/p>\n
Best: Fraser McReight
Despite Australia\u2019s struggles, McReight impressed with his strong defence and excellent jackalling. One of the few players to emerge with credit from a forgettable autumn.<\/p>\n
Worst: Joseph-Aukuso Sua\u2019ali\u2019i
Only a year after bursting onto the scene, Sua\u2019ali\u2019i\u2019s hype has cooled following a poor campaign. He barely touched the ball, and when he did, he was largely ineffective.<\/p>\n
France<\/p>\n
Best: Louis Bielle-Biarrey
France\u2019s most exciting young talent justified the hype once again with several brilliant performances. Arguably the most potent winger in the world, he spearheaded France\u2019s attack on multiple occasions.<\/p>\n
Worst: Emmanuel Meafou
Meafou\u2019s ill-discipline proved costly, as he looked far too eager in key moments, ultimately having a negative impact on the side.<\/p>\n
