TRON: Ares
Disney has announced a December 2nd digital release and a January 6th disc release date for \u201cTRON: Ares\u201d \u2013 the title arriving on digital two months after its theatrical run began in early October. Actor Michael Stuhlbarg (\u201cCall Me By Your Name,\u201d \u201cMen in Black 3\u201d) says that the upcoming Alejandro Gonz\u00e1lez I\u00f1\u00e1rritu-directed film \u201cJudy,\u201d which stars Tom Cruise, is \u201cthe craziest thing I\u2019ve ever been a part of in my life. It\u2019s fantastic\u201d.<\/p>\n

The actor adds it was the \u201clongest shoot I\u2019ve ever done\u201d with filming running from October to May. The story follows a powerful global figure who races to convince the world he\u2019s its saviour \u2013 before the catastrophic consequences of his own actions bring about widespread destruction. Wicked 3
Universal Pictures\u2019 chief marketing officer Michael Moses says because of the financial and fan success of the two \u201cWicked\u201d movies, the studio has \u201calmost a responsibility to figure out how we can continue in this universe\u201d. Marty Supreme
A24 has moved up the release date for special 70mm showings of the Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet-led ping pong drama \u201cMarty Supreme\u201d. The film will be shown in 70mm in New York City and Los Angeles on December 18th \u2013 a week before its nationwide release on December 25th.<\/p>\n

Additional 70mm screenings will take place in select cities on Christmas Day. The Josh Safdie-directed $70 million film was shot on 35mm using Arriflex cameras and vintage anamorphic lenses. [Source: A24]<\/p>\n

The F\u2014boat
Glen Powell (\u201cThe Running Man,\u201d \u201cTwisters,\u201d \u201cChad Powers\u201d) is set to produce the R-rated teen comedy feature \u201cThe F\u2013kboat\u201d at Paramount Pictures. Story details are under wraps.<\/p>\n

No Other Choice
Park Chan-wook\u2019s \u201cNo Other Choice\u201d leaked online a week ago, which has led to a flood of screenshots and reactions, over a month before the film\u2019s December 25th limited release. Today, it has been announced that IMAX will have a one-night-only screening on December 8th in 100 cinemas nationwide. <\/p>\n

The film is adapted from Donald E. Westlake\u2019s 1997 satirical thriller \u201cThe Ax\u201d. Lee Byung-hun stars as a paper factory manager who loses the job he has held for 25 years. Shaken and humiliated, he becomes consumed with the need to restore his dignity and secure his family\u2019s future before his home is lost.
